We left Menzies Bay about 4:30PM yesterday and proceed north through Seymour Narrows. Very little current, in fact we got some help. We stayed over night at a logging camp tied up to a log boom. We didn't have any freight for this camp, but need a place to stay that was close to Hole in the Wall passage. After an excellent halibut dinner we went to our cabin since we and since we had to leave at 5:00 AM this morning to get through Hole in the Wall. There was nothing to see since sunrise was at 7:40AM. Going through Hole in the Wall at night was a strange feeling.
We arrived at a new logging site while it was still dark and began unloading freight. See our next post for some pictures and a description of the freight.
The internet connectivity is spotty here, so there will be some delays in getting new posts to the blog.
